ADVANCED PROTEIN-PROTEIN INTERACTION (PPI) SERVICES
The SINGLE Laboratory provides PPI tests with maximal sensitivity and accuracy and may even be conducted in relevant live cells. The tests allow you to determine concentrations of both bound and unbound species simultaneously. In addition, the tests allow you to expose your samples to drugs, and in real-time monitor induced activity/inhibition.

4. MEASUREMENTS AND ANALYSIS
SINGLE will perform the measurements and analyse the experimental results.
A digital report with high quality images and the absolute concentration of the selected proteins in a bound and unbound state in each individual cell before and after treatment is delivered.
